1. Begin
   Go to http://www.travel.com.hk and click the button.
2. Hotel Search
   • Click region text link or map link to browse hotel countries. and cities. You can also find a subdistrict list, with description on attractions, main buildings, train and MTR stations, for top cities.
   • Once you have selected a location - city or subdistrict of a city, you will find a list of hotels.
   • Select your preferred hotel.
      
3. Check rates and availability. Select room and rate.
   • Enter your check-in check-out dates and number of guest for each hotel room click to view availability of various room types/ special rates
       
4. Reservation
   1. Instant Booking
      • Click next to your selected room to proceed to special rate plan rules page.
      • Read carefully and print out this page of important rules - room type, rate plan application, cancellation policy etc.
      • Check hotel guest name, credit card information to guarantee booking.
      • Click to reserve a room.
   2. Non-Online Booking
      • Click to place an offline reservation request.
      • Fill in your requirements and contact information, then press
5. Confirmation
   1. Instant Booking
      • After the hotel reservation is completed, a Hotel Booking Record screen will appear showing your hotel booking information and reservation confirmation number. Please print out this page for your record.
   2. Send Booking Request Form
      • After Tiglion Travel received your Hotel Request Form our travel consultant will make booking for your selected hotel room/ rate plan and guarantee your reservation with your credit card information provided by you.
      • After the hotel reservation is completed, a booking confirmation with hotel confirmation number will be sent to your email address.
         
6. Check-in
   Show your hotel reservation confirmation number and your identification document (e.g. passport) to the hotel check-in counter to verify your reservation.
