Airfare search form > fare list > fare details & rules > select available flights and complete flight request

1. Begin
   Go to http://www.travel.com.hk and click the button.
2. Search fares
   • Select flight requirement options provided in Tiglion NetFare Finder Search Form like departure, destination cities, departure, return dates, airline and seat class options.
       
3. Select a Fare
   
   • A list of special fares will be displayed in the order of the lowest fare comes first. Some fares are online bookable, some fares need special attention from our travel consultants.
   • The online bookable fligths shows "Yes" on the Online Bookable column. The flights that need special attention from our travel consultants will show "No" on the Online Bookable column.
   • Select fare and click to fare rule and booking request page.
      
4. Check Fare Rules and Send Booking Request
   1. Online bookable flights
      • check fare rules and flight information. If you are going to accept the fare and its rules and restrictions, click to the next page of flight availability.
   2. Non-Online bookable flights
      • check fare rules and flight information. If you are going to accept the fare and its rules and restrictions, complete Booking Request Form. Click
5. Completion of Booking Request
   1. Online Bookable Flights
      • check flight information and select preferred flights from availability list.
      • Click to make reservation.
      • You will be led to our Payment Gateway, please have your VisaCard or MasterCard ready and follow the instruction of our Payment Gateway to pay for the booking fee.
      • Upon successful payment of the booking fee and the completion of the flight reservation, a Sales Order (Provisional) screen will appear showing your flight reservation status and information. Please print out this page for later reference.
   2. Offline bookings
      • review booking request, print out this page for later reference and .
         
6. Follow Up
   Please contact Travel consultants of Tiglion Travel to follow up all online and offline flight booking requests. Customers can contact us by phone or email by our travel consultants in order to help customer(s) to complete the transaction(s) for your proposed purchase(s).
